About the Greater Manchester Neurorehabilitation & Integrated Stroke Delivery Network

We are a clinical network that brings together the experience & expertise of clinicians from Greater Manchester NHS organisations, along with commisioners and patients & families, to improve access to, consistency of and quality of neuro-rehabilitation services.

We are merging with the Greater Manchester Integrated Stroke Delivery Network from 1st October 2021 and will launch a new website shortly.

Who we are

Established in 2015, we are a collaborative partnership of NHS providers of neuro-rehabilitation services in the Greater Manchester region. We work closely with clinicians, patients & families, commissioners and other stakeholders to improve services.

The Network is supported by a small core support team comprising a Clinical Lead, a Manager, two Facilitators and an Administrator. The activities of the Network are directed and overseen by a Board, chaired by Dr Mark Kellett, Medical Director for Greater Manchester Neurosciences Centre.

What we do

We have been established to deliver a whole-system neuro-rehabilitation service across Greater Manchester that provides high-quality person centred care; improves experience and outcomes for patients and improves patient flow. Our activities cover current services as well as ensuring services meet the needs of the population in the future.
